Ed Bosse

Ed Bosse, 80, of Summerfield, FL, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on October 30, 1939 to James and Constance (Lackl) Bosse. Mr. Bosse proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Ed was a police detective for the St. Petersburg Police Department for nineteen years prior to his retirement. He enjoyed traveling, playing softball, and saltwater fishing. Ed is survived by his wife, Betty Lou Bosse, Summerfield, FL; two children, Beth Bosse, Ocala, FL; Michael (Stephanie) Bosse, Ocala, FL; grandchildren, Madyson and Timothy, and step-grandchild, Jacob. A committal ceremony will be held at Florida National Cemetery on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Arrangements under the care of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Belleview.
