Esther Louise Miller

Esther L. Miller, 85, of Hernando, FL, formerly of New Tripoli, PA, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2026, at Citrus Hospice House, Lecanto, FL.

She was the widow of Harold R. Miller, who passed away in 1992, and beloved companion of George Carvalho for more than 10 years. 

Born in Hamburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Morris B. and Esther (Klein) Reppert. Esther began working at Pet Milk. Later, she enjoyed a long career of more than 30 years with the former Western Electric, later known as AT&T.

Esther was a kind, caring and compassionate mother, grandmother, great grandmother and person; volunteering her time supplying backpacks with food for children and families in need. Esther enjoyed gardening, landscaping and family. 

She is survived by her son, David D. Miller, husband of Marcia, of New Tripoli, PA, daughter, Catherine Miller, companion of Michael Williams of Sierra Vista, AZ, grandson, Jeffrey D. Miller, husband of Aubrey, great grandson, Julian Alexander Miller, sisters, Miriam Kepley, Betty Lou Hartman, Priscilla Sexton and Lynda Haas, wife of Charles Haas, and nieces and nephews.
