Jordan Christopher Hensley, age 33, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on February 17, 2026.

Jordan was born on May 28, 1992 in Ocala, Florida, where he was born and raised and remained deeply rooted throughout his life.

Jordan is survived by his parents, Theresa and Chris Hensley; his sister Taylor Heater (Tim) and; and his grandparents Jerrel Neuhaus (Angela), Jerry Hensley, and Mary Chambers. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Alan Chambers, Gloria Hensley, and Deborah Chambers, and his great-grandparents Denver Williams (Ruby). He was a cherished member of his family and will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jordan was a graduate of North Marion High School. Above all else, he was known for his unwavering faith in Christ. He faithfully served as a deacon at his church, living out his beliefs through service, love, and quiet strength. His faith guided every aspect of his life and was evident to everyone around him.

An avid outdoorsman, Jordan found peace and joy in hunting and fishing, spending time in God’s creation. He was a loving and caring individual with a gentle heart, especially when it came to his animals, whom he loved immensely. Jordan also had a passion for cooking, often expressing his love for others through the meals he prepared.

A service will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services on E Silver Springs Boulevard. A graveside service will follow at Millwood Cemetery in Reddick.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Hospice at Cate’s House for the compassionate care and support provided during Jordan’s journey home with the Lord.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, Reddick, Florida.

Jordan will be remembered for his faith, kindness, love for the outdoors, and the quiet way he touched so many lives. He will be deeply missed and forever held in our hearts.
