Michael John Freeman

Michael John Freeman, born on October 20, 1943 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to John George Freeman and doting mother Violet Dahl was called home on March 8, 2026.

Doc Freeman was a fantastic friend, lifetime scout, physician, father, grandfather, and Air Force veteran.   His life was devoted to service.  He will be remembered and missed by the countless lives he's made better throughout the years. Always ready with a joke; he was incredibly generous, kind, funny, and oh so smart.   Lover of the outdoors, cruising with Disney, and Gator football...   He will forever be in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00pm on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, Florida 34470.
