Russell W. Howard

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Russell W. Howard, who left this world on March 2, 2026, at the age of 71. Born on February 17, 1955, in Westbrook, Maine, Russell was a cherished brother and friend, known for his warm spirit and gentle nature. Russell is survived by his beloved sisters, Marlene Hincks and Elaine Howard, and his dear brother, Robert Howard Jr. 

 A graveside service with honors will be held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on Monday March 16th at 1:30pm providing a fitting tribute to a man who served as a steadfast friend and family member. His passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his memory will forever be cherished.

Although he may no longer walk among us, his spirit will remain alive in our hearts and minds. May he rest in peace.
