Holly Ann Foster
Dec 3, 1961 — Aug 24, 2026
Holly Ann Foster, passed away on August 24, 2026, in Lakeland, Florida, with her loving husband of 46 years, Kyle, by her side. She was born on December 3, 1961, in Portsmouth, Virginia, and lived a life marked by kindness, faith, and a wholehearted love for people.
A 1980 graduate of Prattsville High School in Prattsville, Arkansas, Holly built a life centered on service, devotion, and compassion. She worked as a Medical Billing Clerk, bringing care and diligence to her profession. Beyond her work, she answered a deeper calling as a missionary with Westwood M.B. Church of Winter Haven, Florida. Through numerous missionary trips around the world, she shared the gospel of Jesus Christ, touching lives with her warmth, conviction, and generous spirit.
Holly was someone who never met a stranger. She was a kind and loving woman whose heart was open to everyone she encountered, and she carried a sincere desire to share Jesus with all who crossed her path. Her presence brought comfort and welcome, and her faith was not only something she believed, but something she lived each day in the way she loved others.
She also found joy in life’s simple and beautiful gifts. Holly loved photography and treasured time at the beach, where collecting seashells became a peaceful refuge and a source of renewal. Those quiet moments by the shore offered her decompression and delight, and she enjoyed turning the shells she gathered into crafts. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who brought her immense happiness.
Holly’s memory will be cherished by her devoted husband, Kyle Foster; her brother, Robert Buie (Natasha); her sister, Amy Woods; her sons, Jarrod Foster, Jason Foster (Marie), and Adam Foster; and her grandchildren, Austin Foster, Alayna Foster, Brayden Foster, Ethan Foster, Liv Foster, and Reese Foster. She also leaves to cherish her memory a special daughter in law Amanda Foster. The love she poured into her family will remain a lasting gift in their lives, and the example she set through faith, tenderness, and joy will continue to guide them.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Maurice Wilson; her father, Herbert Wilson; and her sister, Danette Wilson.
Holly Ann Foster will be remembered for her loving heart, her missionary spirit, her deep devotion to her family, and the grace with which she welcomed the world. Her life was a blessing, and her memory will be held close by all who knew and loved her.
