Paula Faye Walters

Ms. Paula Faye Walters, age 66, a resident of Haines City, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale surrounded by family. Ms. Walters was born May 11, 1960, in Campbellsville, Kentucky to James Lester and Elizabeth May (Milburn) Land. She graduated from Danville High School Class of 1978 in Danville, Kentucky. She was a Polk County resident since 1984 coming from Hollywood, Florida. Paula was a retired Floral Designer of 18 years and a Travel Agency Owner/Operator. She enjoyed her dog Sparky, crocheting, reading, cross stitching and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents. Paula is survived by her loving family, 2 daughters – Paige (Darren) Weaver and Jordan (Brad) Moore; sister – Cheryl (Kanzi) Takayama; 2 brothers – Donnie Land and Jimmy Land; 2 grandsons – Talan Walters and Killian Moore; ex-husband & friend – John Walters; partner – Danny Becton; 3 nieces – Carrie Jo, Angela and Erin; nephew – James Bradley. Servies will be held in Hustonville, Kentucky.
