Victorieta “Beth” Catindig, beloved mother to 5 children, 80 of La Paz, Leyte (Philippines) passed away in Auburn, WA of cancer July 23, 2026, leaving a void her family cannot fill.

She was born in La Paz, Leyte in 1945 to Marcial and Iluminada Creer. Beth attended University of Santo Tomas before completing her BS Nursing degree at Ortanez University School of Nursing, going to work as a school, private and company nurse in multiple institutions.

Beth was a devoted mother to Madelyn Grace, Patricia, Danilo Jr, Charllo, and Candace Joyce, her pride and joy. She always said their birth changed her life for the better, and they felt that in the love, support, and continuous prayers she provided. Beth took special joy in caring for everyone she loves and care for, and had fond memories of being surrounded by laughter from her family.

Beth was preceded in death by her beloved husband Danilo Catindig Sr, and brother Leodegario Creer, and is survived by her sister, Marietta Pineda and her children — Madelyn Grace, Patricia, Danilo Jr, Charllo, and Candace Joyce, her grand children and great grandchild — who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

Visitation will take place at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church (1401 Valley Ave, Sumner, WA 98390), beginning at 10am, followed by the funeral Mass at 11am.
