Barbara Louise Reichel

Barbara Louise Reichel, age 84, of Las Vegas, died Tuesday, March 17, 2015. Barbara was born August 15, 1930 in Cleveland OH to the late Harold Lee and the late Evelyn Lucille (Mosier) Bateman. Barbara had a Masters in Education and worked as a special education teacher and district administrator for the Placentia Unified School District. She enjoyed bowling, square dancing, traveling, entertaining, playing bridge and music. She could play the piano, organ and accordion. Barbara is survived by her husband Ronald Reichel; children Julie (J. Michael) McMullan of Advance NC, Jeffrey (Anna) Neczypor of Antelope CA and Jill (Jim) Tatum of Houston TX; and step children Lori (Patrick) Petty of Trabuco Canyon CA, Cari (Mike) Scott of Placentia and Mary (Jim) Roesler of Fullerton CA; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, March 23, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas, NV.
