Ferdinand Fernandez Bautista

Ferdinand Fernandez Bautista of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on July 26,2026 at the age of 66. Boy, as he was fondly called, was born on May 25,1960 in Pozorrubio, Pangasinan Philippines to parents, Judge Saturnino D. Bautista Sr and Atty. Fe Fernandez-Bautista. He attended University of the East in 1977 where he met the love of his life, Jean Arlene Canciller and eventually married on December 17,1979. They lived in Cauayan, Isabela together with their four children until they migrated and made Las Vegas home in 2006.

Boy started his  career with Equity Machines Inc in the Philippines as head of manufacturing department for 16 years. After moving to Las Vegas, he found his second career at Light and Wonder as slot machine technician and kept his position in the company for 20 years. 

Boy was a loyal and loving husband to Jean,his wife of 47 years. Generous and supportive father to Lyndon John,Mark Anthony, Jeannefer (Jay Melchor) and Jean Michelle (Michael Garcia). The master spoiler to his grandchildren- Mark Kristian, Mignonette Klarisse, Lhynelle John, Lexi Jean, and Aileen; grandpuppa to Jello and Jian. A devoted brother to Portia, Turner, Jerome and Aaron; the "funcle" to countless nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sat and Fe; oldest son, Jefferson and oldest sister, Portia Bartonico.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donation to help with medical and funeral expenses.
