Robert N. Harty

Robert N. Harty, 87, of Eugene, Oregon, passed away at home on May 22, 2026.

Bob was born in Spokane, Washington in 1939, the son of Howard and Wilma (Shinn) Harty. He served in the Navy as a hospital corpsman and was a graduate of Southern Oregon College. He spent his career as a commercial insurance broker, and after retirement started Harty's Construction Site Cleanup. His hobbies included woodworking and golf.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy, and daughter Erin Olson, as well as siblings Nancy, LInda, Pat, Joel, and Margy. He was predeceased by siblings Clifton and Janice Kay.

Bob will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
