Pete Montaño Garcia Jr.

Pete Garcia Jr was born November 28, 1965 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Pete passed away peacefully on June 5, 2026 at a family residence. He was a hard working tradesman and was known for his humor and smile. He was a devoted loving father and grandfather. Pete is survived by two daughters; Jessica Garcia and Connie Miguel-Hayes. He also is survived by three grandchildren who he adored and loved dearly. His service is a traditional yaqui overnight service to be held on Sunday June 28, 2026 beginning at 6:30 pm at the Santa Lucia Church located at 5445 E. Calle San Angelo, Guadalupe, AZ, 85283
