Cierra Renee Tellez

Cierra Renee Tellez, 36, was born on May 5, 1990, in Mesa, Arizona, and had her life taken much too soon on July 21, 2026.

Cierra was the only child of Ray Tellez and Margie Hosking Tellez, who loved her very much. Later, after some 15 years, both Ray and Margie went on to remarry.

At an very early age, Cierra developed a strong affinity for animals, especially dogs, cats, and exotic birds that provided her with a special ability to get animals to trust her, which is a true gift from God. She had a very calming sense about her that the animals apparently could identify with, and you could tell they had a great deal of affinity for her too. Cierra’s ability with animals was also in plain view as she demonstrated her interpersonal skills with people, where she shared many acts of kindness and compassion in helping those in need.

With reference to mechanical and electrical projects, Cierra’s unique abilities allowed her to quickly figure out how to construct or make repairs while enjoying the challenge. It was also noted that once she started a project she would work tirelessly until its completion.

Cierra went onto marry Kevin C. when they were both very young, and unfortunately the relationship became shorter than expected. However, during the eight years they were together, they raised two wonderful children, Aiden and Kiera, who have both been loved very much.

One of Cierra’s favorite things to do during monsoon season was spending time on the back patio with her mom and children, while watching the storms roll in, being in awe of the awesome power of the thunder and lightning demonstrating her love for God’s nature as she experienced the simple enjoyment of smelling the fresh rain

Cierra is survived by her mother, Margie (Ron) Harnsberger, and her father, Ray (Sandy) Tellez; her two children and their father Kevin C. among a host of other friends and relatives.
