Leo Tanner Frahm
Nov 19, 2010 — Aug 5, 2026
Leo Tanner Frahm passed away on August 5th, 2026, at the age of 15. Born in Ontario, Oregon
on November 19th, 2010, Tanner lived his life at full throttle, embracing every moment with
enthusiasm, energy, and an unforgettable spirit of adventure and earned the nickname¨Tan
Man¨.
A student at Ontario High School, Tanner brought his high energy and drive into everything he
did. From an early age, he found his true home in the great outdoors. Whether he was carving
down the mountain on his snow skis, feeling the rush of dirt biking, or catching waves while
wakeboarding and boat surfing, he was happiest when moving fast and pushing boundaries.
His love for nature extended to quieter, grounded moments as well. His passion for the outdoors
extended to hunting, fishing, and his dedication to FFA and 4-H. An avid outdoorsman, he had a
passion for fishing and hunting, particularly pursuing elk and game birds. A proud member of
both organizations, he showed perseverance while raising swine and achieved top honors
showing swine at the Malheur County Fair, where he won Grand Champion in Market Swine.
Tanner was a young man of many talents. Alongside his love for sports, proudly playing football,
baseball, and golf. He had an appreciation for music and played the violin, cello, and piano.
Whether on the field, on the course, or sharing his musical gifts, he earned the admiration of
everyone around him through his work ethic, sportsmanship, and infectious smile.
Tanner was preceded in death by his beloved father Trevor, Grandma Paula, and Uncle Brad.
He is survived by his loving mother, Krista; his siblings, Tevan, Nicole, and Erik; his Grandpa,
Lonnie Hytrek; his Grandpa Rod and Grandma Launa Frahm; and a large, loving extended
family of aunts, uncles, and cousins: John and Kelly Snyder (Ethan and Reagan);Tyler and
Kimber Hess (Peyton, Kolton, Quinton, Riley, Christian, and Jaxxon); Brett and Krista Hytrek
(Leo and Kameron); Brenden and Adrianna Hytrek (Mathew and Oliver); Eli and Andrea Pace
(Ashton, Cameron, Harrison, and Wyatt); Toni Frahm, Spencer and Genniel Frahm (Blaine,
Quinn, Lon, and Wes); and Ken and Sharon Frahm (Anela and Karamena).
Tanner leaves behind a legacy of love, vibrant memories, and an unbreakable spirit that filled
