Mary Elizabeth Frazier

Mary Elizabeth (Osburn) Frazier passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026, at the age of 81, at Edgewood Memory Care in Fruitland, ID.
Mary was born on April 1, 1944, in Payette, Idaho to Francis (Pat) and Dorothy Osburn. Throughout her life, she was known for her kindness, generosity, strength, humor and her creativity and her deep love for family and friends.
Mary lived her early years with her father and his family, moving to live with her mother and stepfather as a teenager. She remained with them until adulthood and became the beautiful and adored older sister to her 8 half sisters and brothers.
Mary competed in the Miss Malheur County pageant shortly after her high school graduation and while she did not win the crown, she was voted Miss Congeniality by the other contestants.
Mary worked many jobs during her life, but mostly as a waitress or bartender. Mary found joy in yard sales, shopping or hosting, she was good at finding usefulness from something that might have been discarded. She was an active member of her Nazarene church in Oak Harbour, WA, and she touched many lives through her caring spirit and grace. Mary was a two-time survivor of breast cancer and happily remained cancer free throughout her last years.
During her life Mary had several important relationships that gave her 3 children, Paul (Scott), Osburn, Troy Skinner and Jodie (Kautz) Cragin those relationships finally guided her to her loving husband, Kenneth Frazier of Washington.
Mary is survived by her children Paul, Troy and Jodie, 9 Grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 7 siblings and many stepchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Frazier, her brothers, Ronald Osburn, Daniel Osburn, Stanley Osburn and sisters, Joyce Gilbertson, Victoria Dunbrasky, Julie Osburn and stepdaughter Luanne Frazier, parents Pat Osburn and Dorothy Bowman and her grandparents.
A private gravesite service will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Payette followed by a Celebration of Life event on June 26th at 2:00 pm at the Payette Nazarene Church.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
