Anne Margaret Giacomo

Anne Margaret Giacomo, age 97, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away on Friday, July 24th, 2026. Anne, the daughter of Joseph Sr. and Anna Mauer Maryniak, was born in New Rochelle, New York.

 She moved to Port Charlotte, Florida in 1976. She moved to Bradenton, Florida in 1999, then to live with her son Tom in 2008. Anne is survived by her daughter Joanne and her husband Herb Pattison, of Bradenton, FL, son Paul and wife Elaine Giacomo, of Nelson, New Hampshire, son Joseph and wife Shelia Giacomo, of Ormond Beach, FL, son Tom Giacomo of Wesley Chapel, FL, 6 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

 Anne is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Nicholas Giacomo. Anne took care of foster babies along with her own children and also took care of elderly family members most of her adult life. She was active at St. Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church in making rosaries and lap blankets for the handicapped. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Land ‘O Lakes, FL. 

She loved ceramics, counted cross stitch, needlepoint, macrame, and sewing. She adored spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Land ‘O Lakes, Florida on Friday August 14th, 2026 at 10:30am. A burial ceremony will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Bradenton, Florida on Saturday August 15th, 2026 at 10am.
