Connor Paul Ringlehan

Connor Paul Ringlehan, age 14, passed away on June 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on February 17, 2012, in Gainesville, Florida, Connor brought joy, laughter, and light to all who knew him. Although his time with us was tragically brief, the profound impact he made on those around him will be remembered for eternity.

Connor was an intelligent, inquisitive, and compassionate young man, renowned for his sense of humor and generous spirit. He cherished moments spent with family and friends and had a talent for making others smile. His interests ranged from gaming and reading—notably "Project Hail Mary" and the musical "Hamilton"—to collecting Pokémon, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and approaching life with enthusiasm and creativity.

He held a particular passion for animals, and those who knew him will remember the enthusiasm and joy he exhibited when discussing his interests. His family will forever cherish memories of holiday traditions, such as traveling to Indiana for Christmas, vacations with his Granny and Bubba, participating in the Macaroni and Cheese Festival with his Grandma, and family trips with his parents.

Above all, Connor loved intensely and was profoundly loved in return. He is survived by his parents, Father Jason Ringlehan (and Jaime), and Mother Dana McCutcheon; his grandparents, Karen Kiesel (Grandma), Fred (Bubba) and Jeannie McCutcheon (Granny); numerous aunts and uncles—including Melissa Rosa (Scott), Kenneth Kiesel (Barbie), and Melanie McCutcheon; and their children, Kendall, Kennedy, Charlee, Brennan, and Eleanor; along with extended family members, friends, classmates, teachers, and others whose lives were touched by his kindness and spirit.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Ringlehan.

A memorial service honoring Connor's life will be held on June 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Loyless Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, recount stories, and celebrate the remarkable young man he was.

While we mourn the loss of more time with him, we are deeply grateful for the fourteen beautiful years we shared. His laughter, radiant smile, and loving nature will remain in our hearts forever.
