David Walter Niklaus

David Niklaus, 54, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, passed away on March 27, 2026. Born on January 1, 1972, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, David lived a life rooted in resilience, independence, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life.

He was a graduate of Trinity High School and went on to attend Towson University. David built his life around what mattered most to him, spending time with friends and enjoying sports. He was a passionate fan and especially loved cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Texas Longhorns. Known for his kind heart, David was the type of person who would do anything for anyone and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Niklaus and Ronald “Skip” Niklaus. He is survived by his sister, Anne-Marie Niklaus, Brother in law, Tony, and his birth mother, Kathi Brown (Bryant).

He found great happiness in the companionship of his beloved dogs, Stormi and Riley, who were truly part of his family.

A Celebration of David’s Life will be held at a later date, with details to be shared.
