Dolores J. Sodano

Dolores J. Sodano (nee Visconti), 85 of Westville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Legacy

She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend.  She loved to be around her family, especially her grandkids.  Dolores was a funny and silly woman, which she always had everyone laughing.  She also was very kind and put others first.  She enjoyed game shows, singing, shopping (always found a good bargain), and family get togethers.  She was very faithful, loved the Lord and Johnny Mathis. She was a proud Walmart cashier.

Family

She is the beloved wife of 59 wonderful years to Donald John Sodano.  Devoted mother of Donald Sodano (Lisa-Jean), Laurie Carfagno (the late Anthony, Sr.) and the late Christopher Sodano. Treasured grandmother, also famously known as “Dano” to Brieanne (Paul), Lauren, CJ, Alex, Amber (Nick), Rachel and Anthony, Jr. Adored great grandmother of Elijah, Gideon, Nicholas, Donovan, Korben, Willow, and Adalynn.  Predeceased by her parents Anna and Peter Visconti and siblings Nick, Joey, Rosina, and Grace.  She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and Friends.
