Dorothy F. Haines

Dorothy Faith Haines (nee Flitcraft), 80, of Deptford, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Legacy

She was a loving, caring, and feisty mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved to be around animals, especially her cat Midnight. Dorothy had a strong faith and attended Almonesson United Methodist Church in Deptford, NJ. She was full of life and will be greatly missed by all.

Family

She is the beloved wife of the late James William Haines; devoted mother of Margaret Alexander (Rich), William A. Cummings, III (Helen), and Faith Haines (Nikita). Treasured grandmother of Lacie. Dear sister of Susan (Nicholas), and Charles, Jr. (late Maxine). Predeceased by her parents Mary and Charles Flitcraft. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, October 7th, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home- (Woodbury Location), 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ, 08096. Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Interment to follow in Eglington Cemetery Clarksboro, New Jersey.
