Elizabeth "Betty" Conway

Feb 20, 1939 — Oct 23, 2026

Elizabeth "Betty" Conway (nee Wilson), passed away at her home on Friday, October 23, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Legacy

Betty was married to Francis Conway, the love of her life, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sons, William Conway and Francis Conway. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Gaimari and Denise's partner, MP Miller.

For much of her life, Betty was a homemaker, dedicating herself to raising her children. Later in life, she worked at Sony Music and Walmart.

Betty was a strong-willed woman who stood firmly by her beliefs and values. She could be tough, but she also had a nurturing side. She had a presence all her own and did things her own way.

Raising her family was one of the defining parts of Betty's life. She devoted herself not only to raising her own children, but also to raising many of her grandchildren and, at times, opening her home to her great-grandchildren. She helped raise multiple generations of her family, leaving a lasting influence on the lives of those she cared for.

Betty shared a particularly special bond with her granddaughter Marilyn, whom she raised as her own. To Marilyn, Betty was truly a mother.

Betty is survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including granddaughter Marilyn, her husband Daniel and their children Michael, Scott, Spencer, and Sterling; granddaughter Veronica, her husband Jason, and their children Graham and Greyson; granddaughter Ashley, her husband Tomas, and their children, Noah, Zayvion, and Tristan; her late grandson Michael, his wife Kelly, and their son Connor.

Betty's family will remember her for her strength, her honesty, and the care she showed in her own way. The generations she helped raise will remain part of her family's story.
