Jeanne Mary "Jeannie" Schweigart (nee Winters), 83 of Woodbury Heights and formerly of Westville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully with family on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
Legacy
She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Jeannie loved to be around her family and socializing with friends, down at the shore, and spending summers at Ocean Sands Campground with Bob. She enjoyed listening to music and watching the Phillies. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and was a proud graduate of Woodbury High School. She worked at Mobile Corporation for 28 years, where she was known for her hard work and dedication, earning multiple awards for never missing a day of work. Her retirement job was a beach tagger at 34th St. in Sea Isle City, her beautiful and kind personality helped build lifelong friends with the many beachgoers.
Family
She is the beloved mother of Ronald Parker, Jr. (Lorrie Smith) and Deborah Bruce (Harry II). Treasured grandmother of Crystal Bruce and Harry Bruce III (Samantha). Dear brother Frank Winters (Gloria). Predeceased by her husband Bob Schweigart and loving parents Mary (nee Maiura) and Wilbur (Bud) Winters. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, May 7th from 9:00AM to 11:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street Woodbury, New Jersey. Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Lung Association www.lungsusa.org.
