Iván Jose Villalobos

In Loving Memory of Iván

Born on September 27, 1981, Iván leaves behind his beloved mother, Martha; his son, Nicholas; and his uncles, aunts, cousins, and many other family members who loved him unconditionally and will forever cherish his memory.

Known by many affectionate names—Mijo, Chamaco, Bunny, Cousin, Cus, Homie and Bro—Ivan was a hardworking, kindhearted, joyful man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

He was a son who deeply loved his mother, Martha. The love, care, and support they shared were a reflection of the blessing God gave them as they walked through life together.

Today, our hearts are heavy with the pain of his passing. We do not fully understand the ways of the Lord or why He chose to call Iván into His presence, but we rest in the promise that "all things work together for good to those who love God" (Romans 8:28), trusting that His will is good, pleasing, and perfect.

Iván was deeply loved on this earth, will remain dearly loved in our hearts, and will forever live in the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

With the hope we have in Christ Jesus, we believe that death does not have the final word. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me, though he may die, yet shall he live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die." (John 11:25-26). That promise sustains our faith and brings comfort to our souls.

Until the day we are reunited in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, you will live forever in our hearts and in our thoughts.

"Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on... they will rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them."

Revelation 14:13

Iván, We will miss you deeply, but we hold fast to the hope of our eternal reunion in Christ. Until we meet again, may you rest in the peace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

En memoria de Iván

Nacido el 27 de septiembre de 1981, Iván deja atrás a su amada madre, Martha; su hijo, Nicholas; y a sus tíos, tías, primos y demás familiares, quienes lo amaron incondicionalmente y atesorarán por siempre su recuerdo.

Conocido como Mijo, Chamaco, Bunny, Cousin, Cus, Homie y Bro, Iván fue un hombre trabajador, bondadoso, alegre y siempre dispuesto an extender su mano a quien lo necesitara.

Fue un hijo que amó profundamente a su madre, Martha. El amor, el cuidado y el apoyo que compartían fueron un reflejo de la bendición que Dios les concedió al caminar juntos en esta vida.

Hoy nuestros corazones sienten el peso de su partida. No comprendemos los caminos del Señor ni la razón por la cual decidió llamarlo a Su presencia, pero descansamos en la promesa de que

"a los que aman a Dios, todas las cosas les ayudan a bien" (Romanos 8:28), y confiamos en que Su voluntad es buena, agradable y perfecta.

Iván fue amado en esta tierra, seguirá siendo amado en nuestros corazones y permanecerá por siempre en la memoria de quienes tuvimos el privilegio de conocerlo.

Con la esperanza que encontramos en Cristo Jesús, creemos que la muerte no tiene la última palabra. Jesús dijo: "Yo soy la resurrección y la vida; el que cree en mí, aunque muera, vivirá; y todo aquel que vive y cree en mí, no morirá eternamente." (Juan 11:25-26). Esa promesa sostiene nuestra fe y consuela nuestras almas.

Hasta el día en que nos volvamos a encontrar en la presencia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, vivirás por siempre en nuestros corazones y en nuestros pensamientos.

"Bienaventurados de aquí en adelante los muertos que mueren en el Señor... descansarán de sus trabajos, porque sus obras con ellos siguen."

Apocalipsis 14:13

Te extrañaremos profundamente, pero nos aferramos a la esperanza del reencuentro eterno en Cristo. Iván, hasta que nos volvamos a ver, descansas en la paz y el amor de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
