Jason Blake Harms

On Monday, September 7, 2020, at 44 years of age, our loving husband, father, son, and brother, Jason Blake Harms, passed on. Jason was born on July 1, 1976 at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in California. The third of three brothers, Jason grew up in Litchfield Park, Arizona. He was married to Lisa Johnson on March 21, 2020. Jason is survived by his wife, Lisa, his three daughters, Shea (Ethan), Diana (Harrison) and Alexandra, his grandson, Lucas, his three brothers, David, Christopher, and DR, and his mother, Karen, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles. A viewing will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, September 11th at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, at 2520 N. Hartford St., Chandler, AZ 85225. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 12th, at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, at 2520 N. Hartford St., Chandler, AZ 85225.
