María E. Jerónimo de Corres, 93 years of age, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her beloved children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, and a son-in-law.

María was born on March 25, 1933, in San Pablo Huixtepec, Oaxaca, Mexico. She lived a life filled with love, faith, and unwavering devotion to her family. For more than 20 years she was a proud resident of Monterey County, California, where she built a life rich with cherished memories and lasting friendships.

María found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved cooking for her family, traveling, creating beautiful hand embroidery, and enjoying her favorite television programs. She was also a devoted woman of faith who cherished attending church. Above all, she treasured family gatherings and celebrations, where she could be surrounded by the people she loved most. Her warmth, kindness, and generosity made every occasion special and made everyone feel at home in her presence.

She is survived by her beloved daughters Hilda, Ruth, and Anel; her sons Arturo, Raciel, Javier, Beto, and Antonio Francisco; along with 20 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, and a son-in-law, all of whom were blessed by her unconditional love, her guidance, and her steadfast support.

María was deeply loved by her family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, strength, and family unity will live on through the generations she helped shape.

She now rests in eternal peace alongside her beloved husband, Nicolás Genaro Corres, and her son Antonio Lorenzo, who preceded her in death.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the prayers, love, and support received during this difficult time. While they grieve her passing, they also celebrate a life well lived and the countless memories she leaves behind as her greatest gift.

María E. Jerónimo de Corres, de 93 años de edad, falleció pacíficamente en su hogar, rodeada de sus queridos hijos, nietos, bisnietos, nueras y un yerno.

María nació el 25 de marzo de 1933 en San Pablo Huixtepec, Oaxaca, México. Vivió una vida llena de amor, fe, dedicación y entrega a su familia. Durante más de 20 años fue residente del Condado de Monterey, California, donde forjó una vida colmada de recuerdos inolvidables y amistades duraderas.

María encontraba alegría en las cosas sencillas de la vida. Le encantaba cocinar para su familia, viajar, realizar hermosos bordados a mano y disfrutar de la televisión. Era también una mujer de profunda fe que disfrutaba asistir a la iglesia. Sobre todo, atesoraba las reuniones y celebraciones familiares, donde podía estar rodeada de las personas que más amaba. Su calidez, bondad y generosidad hacían que cada ocasión fuera especial y que todos se sintieran bienvenidos en su hogar.

Le sobreviven sus amadas hijas, Hilda, Ruth y Anel; sus hijos, Arturo, Raciel, Javier, Beto y Antonio Francisco; así como 20 nietos, 20 bisnietos, nueras y un yerno, quienes fueron bendecidos con su amor incondicional, sus consejos y su apoyo inquebrantable.

María fue profundamente querida por su familia y amigos, y será extrañada por todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla. Su legado de amor, fortaleza y unión familiar continuará viviendo a través de las generaciones que ayudó a formar.

Ahora se reúne en la paz eterna con su amado esposo, Nicolás Genaro Corres, y con su hijo Antonio Lorenzo, quienes la precedieron en la muerte.

La familia extiende su más sincero agradecimiento por las oraciones, el cariño y el apoyo recibidos durante estos momentos difíciles. Aunque lamentan su partida, también celebran una vida bien vivida y los innumerables recuerdos que deja como herencia.
