Patricia "Patsy" White

Patsy passed away at her home September 23, 2026 holding the hands of her husband and son. She was born on December 26, 1962 in Great Bend, Kansas, daughter of Margaret and Robert White. She married Bill Troyer on August 17, 1997 on Lopez Island, Washington.

She is survived by her husband Bill, son Dylan Troyer; siblings Larry White, Karen Irick, Jim White and Greg White. She was preceded in death by her son James Troyer, parents Margaret and Robert White, and siblings Ronni White and Marilyn White.

Patsy graduated from Stanford University and got her MA & Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from UCLA. She worked for the VA in both the Eugene and Roseburg HBPC units, as well as Benson Health Clinic. She enjoyed learning the lives of her clients and helping them. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, music and exploring and walking the trails throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Memorial donations are suggested to the following causes: Veterans’ mental health, Habitat for Humanity, Alzheimer’s and Schizophrenia research.
