Pauline Bruhn

Pauline Bruhn, 73, of Jefferson, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. She was a loving mom, grandma, and sister whose greatest joy was her family.

Pauline was born on December 12, 1952 to Harvey and Esther Kulow. She grew up in Lake Mills and worked much of her life as a seamstress. Pauline was a talented crafter; sewing and quilting which was a passion she passed down to her granddaughter. Pauline also loved spending time with her siblings playing cards; specifically Sheepshead and Poker.

Pauline married David Bruhn on November 3, 1973. Together they had 2 sons, Matt and Adam. Pauline was a cherished sister by 8 siblings. She will be remembered for her quick wit and feisty, fun loving personality that brought joy and laughter to those around her.

Pauline’s pride and joy was her grandchildren. Pauline loved watching Melissa, Aiden, and Trevor play sports. If she couldn’t attend in person, she would watch the live stream and cheer from afar.

Pauline is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Esther Kulow, her brother, David, brother in laws; Bob, Roger, and John, and sister in law, Twilah.

She is survived by her sons, Matt (Kimber) Bruhn, Adam (Stasia Van Alstyne) Bruhn. Grandchildren; Melissa (Jackson), Aiden, and Trevor. Bonus grandchildren; Ava, Symon, Nolan, and Brooklyn. She is also survived by her siblings; Laura, Dorothy (John), Barb, William (Linda), Patsy, Richard (Linda), Marjorie (Roger), Harvey. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family is honoring Pauline’s request for no funeral services. She requested that the family come together privately to celebrate her life.
