Robert Dean Ring

Robert Dean Ring, 88, of Eaton, Colorado, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, in Greeley, Colorado.

Robert was born on December 9, 1937, in Hays, Kansas, to Roy and Lola (Veith) Ring. He spent his life with family and friends. After moving from Kansas, he lived in Nebraska but always considered Colorado his home and spent much of his life along the front range.

Robert is survived by two children, his daughter Lisa (Ring) Richter and a son Robert D. Ring Jr. He also has five grandchildren: Sierra (Richter) Juhala, Colton Richter, Savannah (Richter) Allee, Jack Ring and Regan Ring.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Lola Ring and his sister Donna Rae (Ring) Coppernoll.

Robert was involved in the equine industry most of his life and will be leaving behind many memories of horses and people who he encountered. His most joyful days were spent at the races.

A celebration of Robert's life will be held at a later date.
