Tammy Wendell Smith

Beloved sister, wife and mother, Tammy W. Smith passed on March 26th, 2026.  

Born on September 21st, 1961, to Sam J. and Virgie A. Smith in Zachary, Louisiana. 

In high school, Tammy partook in Barrell Racing and other rodeo events. She loved taking walks through the park and drinking herbal teas to relax, as well as drawing in her free time. Tammy won the Mrs. Hospitality for Wyoming. Her favorite colors were fuchsia and green. She also enjoyed rock and country music. She was loved by those who were close and far away. 

She is survived by her partner James Flannery, her son Ricky (Jennifer) Bates and their daughters Gabryella and Rikky Lynn Bates. Her father Sam J. Smith, as well as her brother James Smith and Sister Cindy Cambell. 

She is proceeded in death by her Mother Virgie A. Smith.
