Francisco was beloved and cherished by his large family, he was deeply loved by all who knew him.
He proudly served in the Philippine police force for 30 years, leaving behind a legacy of honor, dedication, and service. His greatest legacy was the love he shared with his 12 children, children-in-law, grandchildren, and three beautiful younger sisters. He will be forever remembered and dearly missed by all whose lives he touched.
