Ivania B. Chouloutte

Ivania B. Chouloutte, 73, of Poinciana, Florida, passed away peacefully at her residence on August 20, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 5, 1953, in Jérémie, Haiti, to Jules Beauchamp and Francine Francois.

Ivania worked as a chef at the Marriott Hotel in Newark, New Jersey. In 2025, she moved from Irvington, New Jersey, to Poinciana, Florida. She was also a devoted member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in New Jersey.

Ivania was a beautiful soul with an extraordinary capacity to understand the suffering of others. She was compassionate, loving, and gentle, extending grace and kindness to those around her. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her warmth, and the love she poured into everything she did.

Ivania loved to cook, and she loved to serve others. She took great pride in preparing her food with care and affection. She was especially known for making the best omelets. Guests staying at the Marriott would often request omelets prepared especially by her. Whenever she was asked to cook for an event, she made it her personal responsibility to ensure that everything was prepared beautifully and with love. Her beautiful fruit arrangements were another expression of the creativity, care, and joy she brought to serving others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jules Beauchamp and Francine Francois.Ivania leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 34 years, Jean M. Chouloutte; her children, Gregory Chouloutte, Junior Chouloutte and his wife, Manatha Morival, Fabiola Chouloutte, Kervin Chouloutte, and Tania Chouloutte; her many siblings and grandchildren; and her beloved fur baby, Uno.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Both will take place at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, Florida.
