Linda Eileen (Borden) Hanson

Linda Eileen (Borden) Hanson died unexpectedly on May 6th, 2022, she was 73. Linda was born October 30, 1948 in Moorhead, MN to Vernon & Arlene (Hauge) Borden. She was the eldest of five children. Linda, a single mother after the birth of her second child in 1971, made her living as a Licensed Practical Nurse, additionally certified in wound care and IV's, trained the new CNA's. Linda went on to earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Oregon in health education while working full time to provide for her children. She lived for family and was incredibly proud of her children and grandchildren. She was known mostly by those who loved her as Mom and Grandma/Nana. She is survived by her siblings, Lari Ann Gaioni (Steve)of Spotsylvania, VA, LaVonne Snider of Veneta, OR, Eric (Mary) Borden of Veneta, OR, and Laura Clevenger of Pleasant Hill, OR; her children Elizabeth A. Hanson-Thrall, of Davenport, FL and Scott J. (Rebecca) Hanson of Veneta, OR, six grandkids, Brittany (Cody) Swoboda of Wesley Chapel, FL, Levi (Elysa) Hanson of Tigard, OR, Denum Hanson of Veneta, OR, Maranda Hanson of Veneta, OR, Rylee Ann (Logan Taylor)Thrall of Davenport, FL, Veronica Hanson of Veneta, OR. Linda was also a great grandma to Gavin Gonzalez -Swoboda 5 and Elias Swoboda 1, of Wesley Chapel, FL and baby Lukas Taylor due October 2022, of Davenport FL, numerous Cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. She was loved immeasurably and she loved unconditionally, her loss is felt by many. She is greatly missed.
