Sara Jane "Mawmaw" Zink

Sara Jane "Mawmaw" Zink of Davenport, Florida passed away on September 20, 2026. She was 91 years old. She was born on November 22, 1934, to John H. and Anne B. Hall Stewart in Loughman, Florida and has been a lifelong resident of the area.

Sara worked for Holly Hill Citrus as a sectionizer as well as working as a PBX phone operator for Hyatt Hotel. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church and of the Golden Girls. Sara was quite a social person, she was delighted to go out with her family to restaurants to eat, she loved to be served. She also loved to have people over to her house or going to family functions. She could often be found on her back porch spending quality time with her family. She will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, in short, a devoted Mawmaw.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Anne; husband, Albert Zink; children, Roxanne Zink, Raymond Dale Zink and Albert Darin Zink; as well as 12 brothers and sisters. Sara is survived by her loving family; sons Curtis Weldon Zink, Thomas Henry Zink, Zane Zachary Zink; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

A visitation will be Friday, September 25, 2026, from 10 am until the funeral at 11 am at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. She will be laid to rest beside her husband, Albert in Evergreen Cemetery in Davenport, Florida
