Mary Lynn Coder

Mary Lynn Coder, 81, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026, in San Diego, California. Mary was born February 19, 1945, in Newton County, Missouri. She grew up in Missouri and remained a lifelong Missouri Tigers football fan.

After college, Lynn moved to Boston and built a career as a laboratory technician. Over the years she also lived in Florida and San Diego, making dear friends in every place she called home.

Lynn loved musicals and classic movies. She took on the hardest puzzles and was a wiz at Words with Friends.

She was a loving mother to Kelly Coder (Rigon) and Cory Coder. She is survived by her son Cory and her four grandchildren, Arianna, Alyssa, Dominic, and Dylan.

Lynn lived a full life and will be remembered for her warmth, her friendships, and the joy she found in family, football, movies, and a games.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Boulevard, NW, Winter Haven, Florida.
