Sandra Annette Hudson
Oct 3, 1960 — Nov 4, 2025
Sandra Annette Hudson October 3, 1960 – November 4, 2025
Sandra (Sandy) Annette Hudson, formerly West, of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away peacefully at Lakeland Regional Hospital, November 4, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on October 3, 1960, in Theberton, England, Sandra lived a life full of love, laughter, and devotion to her family.
After growing up in the countryside of England, she relocated to the United States at the tender age of 21 after meeting and marrying the love of her life, Bob. Over the next 44 years, she got to do what she loved the most, raise her children and take care of her family. She dedicated her working life to public school special needs children. Her patience, compassion and kind spirit touched the lives of countless students and families.
If you wanted to find Sandy, you typically didn’t need to look far from her garden, where she curated her place of pleasure. Sandy loved Jesus, her cats, friends and traveling to new places.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Dixie and Frances, and sister, Irene. She is survived by her loving husband, Bob; her sons, Bobby (Kortni) and Frank (Brittany); her cherished grandchildren Delilah, Noah, Ella, Lane, Calvin, and Willa; and siblings: Richard, Frances, Phillip, Dayne, Sue, Lee and Aldrin.
A service to honor and celebrate Sandy’s life will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Oak Ridge.
Family and friends will be received beginning at 10:00 a.m., with the service following at 11:00 a.m.
