Randall "Randy" Keith Lee
Dec 3, 1962 — Oct 13, 2026
Randall “Randy” Keith Lee, 63, of Greensboro, passed away peacefully at home on October 13, 2026. Born on December 3, 1962, in Guilford County, North Carolina,
Randy was the beloved son of the late C.B. Lee, Jr. and Rolelia Lee. He shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and treasured memories with his devoted wife, Dawn, and their beloved children, William and Meagan.
Randy found joy in life's simple pleasures and valued time spent with his wife and children above all else. He looked forward to the years ahead in retirement, making new memories with those he loved most. His kind heart, quiet strength, and steady presence touched the lives of many. Randy will be remembered with great love and missed beyond measure by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him as well as his beloved pets, Max and Gizmo.
In his early years, Randy worked at Brockman Ford Tractor Sales as a small-engine mechanic. He later found his home at Moses Cone Hospital, where he faithfully served for 28 years in Facilities Management as a painter and groundskeeper. More than the work he performed, Randy was known for the warmth and kindness he shared with everyone he met. Whether passing through the halls of the hospital or working outdoors on the grounds, he brightened countless days with his smile, conversation, and genuine care for others. His presence left a lasting impression on coworkers, patients, and visitors alike.
The family will receive friends at Pierce-Jefferson Lambeth Chapel, 300 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro, NC 27401 on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 from 4:30PM to 5:30PM. Funeral services will follow at 5:30PM with Rev. Debra Swing officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Children’s Home Society of North Carolina - https://give.chsnc.org/campaign/598229/donate. Randy was adopted through this organization, and he remained deeply grateful for the opportunities it provided throughout his life.
