George Bradford Noles

George "Brad" Bradford Noles, 76, of Walkertown passed away on June 13, 2026 under the care of Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Cabarrus in Kannapolis. Born in Salisbury, North Carolina, he was the son of the late William "Lee" and Katherine (Smith) Noles and husband of the late Elizabeth "Annie" (Rash) Noles.
Brad was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church his entire life. He was a 1968 graduated of NRHS and he served in the United States Army with a tour of duty in Vietnam. Following his stint in the armed forces, he worked and eventually retired from Duke Energy at Belews Creek after more than 40 years. He lived for his fishing trips in Buggs Island, VA and Santee Cooper, SC with his son and friends.
Brad is survived by his granddaughter, Madison Lee Noles and fiancé, Andrew Motley; his brother, William Noles and wife, Anita; his sister, Linda Pittman; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Bradley Noles, his in-laws, Vicktor and Mildred "Momma Mills" Rash; and his brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Alice Noles.
Per Brad's request, there will be no formal services held at this time.
