Jan “Tony” Anthony Blaylock

Jan “Tony” Anthony Blaylock, 73, of Oak Ridge, passed away on June 27, 2026 at his home. Born in Winston-Salem, he was the son of the late Thomas M. Blaylock Jr. and Margaret K. (Marshall) Blaylock.

Tony is survived by his sons, Mark Blaylock (Amy) and MitchBlaylock ; his grandchildren, Cash and Liam; his siblings, Cheryl Standifer, Lannie Blaylock, Keith Blaylock, Butch Blaylock, Terri Burton and Sue Blaylock.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Pete Blaylock and Mike Blaylock.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home, 213 W. Mountain St. Kernersville NC 27284 from 10:00AM-11:00AM. A memorial service celebrating Tony’s life will follow beginning at 11:00AM with Todd Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory, Kernersville, North Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to ASPCA or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
