Joseph William Raynor

Joseph William Raynor, age 59, of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, passed away on August 29, 2026 at neighboring Trellis Supportive Care Hospice. 

He was born on December 7, 1966, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to Arthur Joseph and Mary Laura Raynor. Joe(y) will be remembered for his talented, magnificent artwork, love for music of all genres, specifically 60’s and 70’s rock, and had a contagious sense of humor. He loved his family with all his heart. 

He is survived by his wife Nicol, brothers John, James, Jeff, Kevin and sister Laurie as well as his Nieces; Jessica Brown, Maggie Weeman, Anna Marrujo, and Natalie Rogers. Nephews; Stephen Marrujo, John Raynor and Jhon Rogers as well as their respective families. His best friend and best man, Steve Kwolkoski and his many friends from Our Lady of Mercy, Bishop McGuinness High School and beloved neighborhood Clemmons West.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 616 S. Cherry St. Kernersville, NC 27284 with a reception immediately following in the Salesian Hall.
