Lucian Eugene Rice

Lucian Eugene Rice, 91 of Kernersville passed away on October 12,2026 under the care of Piney Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kernersville. Born on September 27,1935 in Guilford County, North Carolina , he was the son of the late John W. Rice and Hattie Long Rice and the husband of the late Carolyn Miller Rice.

Lucian is survived by his goddaughters, Amy Welch and Lynn Warren, his nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory, 530 Dobson Street, Kernersville 27284 on Tuesday, October 20th at 2:00pm.
