Celebrating the Life of

Margaret Elizabeth (Huber) Gray - 89 of Oak Ridge, NC, passed peacefully surrounded by her family Thursday, November 20, 2025.

She was born August 9, 1936, in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Leonard Henry and Margaret (Patton) Huber.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded by her loving husband of 58 years, Howard Stafford Gray in 2018.  She was also preceded by her sister, Geraldine Garafalo.

Margaret loved the beach.  She was an avid fan of the Duke Blue Devils basketball team, and she enjoyed watching NASCAR.  Margaret was always reliable to make a mean roast at Christmas time for her family to enjoy.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Stafford Levi Gray (Lugene), Howard Owen Gray (Lois), and Brian Scott Gray; grandchildren, Heather Gray, Christopher Gray (Ashley), Jacob Gray (Kaitlyn), Justin Gray, Murphy Gray, Jessi Gray, John Thomas (Melody), and Lauren Murphy (Bert); great-grandchildren, Bentley Gray, Camden Gray, Aaron Gray, Taylor Gray, and Jack and Wyatt Thomas.

Mass will be held Wednesday, December 3rd at 10:00AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 616 S. Cherry Street, Kernersville, NC with Father Carter officiating.  Final placement will follow Mass in Holy Cross Catholic Church cemetery.
