Pauline Wood Reynolds

Pauline Wood Reynolds of Greensboro passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Wesley Long Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Reynolds was born June 17, 1937, in Surry County to Paul and Mary Brooks Wood. She was a graduate of Mountain Park High School, class of 1955. Pauline enjoyed gardening, cooking, and reading.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Reynolds; children Janice Reynolds, Steve Reynolds, and Patty Little; twin sister, Maxine Wood Reynolds; brothers, Harold Wood, Eugene Wood, and Kelly Wood.

Survivors include her daughter Mary (Beth) Faircloth, husband Stephen of Oak Ridge; seven grandchildren, Camille Bosworth, Karen Faircloth, Michael Little, Jennifer Sugalski, Matthew Faircloth, Erin Little, and Zachary Little; and seven great-grandchildren. She was beloved and known as Granny to all.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service, 213 West Mountain Street, Kernersville, NC. The family will receive friends from 3-4pm immediately following the service.
