Saturnina Barrientos Ojendiz

Saturnina Barrientos Ojendiz, 56, of Winston-Salem passed away on October 2, 2026 under the care of Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Born in Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Barrientos and Simona Ojendiz Barrientos and life partner to Agliberto Garces Ortega.

Saturnina is survived by her life partner, Agliberto Garces Ortega; her siblings; her nieces and nephews, including Marisol Barrientos.

The family will receive friends at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 616 S Cherry St, Kernersville, NC 27284 on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 9:30AM- 10:30AM. A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30AM with Father Noah Carter officiating. Interment will be at Holy Cross Catholic Church Cemetery following the Mass.
