In Loving Memory
Virginia Carol Brown, 76, of Kernersville, North Carolina, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 7th, 2026.
She is a native of Hugheston, West Virginia born to the late Silvanis and Naomi Coleman.
She was a dedicated member of the Valley View Baptist Church in Kernersville. In addition to raising her children, she enjoyed cooking, quilting, puzzling, and finding the best deals at yard sales.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her loving husband of 53 years, Junior Lee Brown, and brothers Bobby and Ray and sister Alice.
She is survived by her son Jerry Brown, daughter Veronica Lane (Travis Welch) and son Donnie Brown (Monica). Grandchildren Alicia, Heather, Sophie, Ava, Mark, Jr., James, Matthew, and Hunter. Great-grandchildren Lacey and Mikael. Her brothers James, Donald, Terry, and Ronnie and sisters Margaret, Patricia, Doris, and Betty and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service, 213 W Mountain St, Kernersville, NC on February 16th at 6:00PM.
