Geraldine B. Macdermott

Geraldine B. "Gerry" MacDermott, 74, of Parker, passed away unexpectedly February 5, 2013 with family at her side. Gerry was born on June 18, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY to William and Mary (Bruy) Baker. She married Jim MacDermott on April 4, 1959 at St. Matthias Parish in Ridgewood, NY. Gerry's interests included gardening, gaming and her grandchildren. Loving wife of 53 years to Jim MacDermott. Also survived by her six children, James MacDermott III of Aurora, CO, Patricia (James) Bowden of Ft. Collins, CO, Kathleen (Michael) Franek of Elbert, CO, Tracey (Heather Shockey) MacDermott of Denver, CO, Mary (Scott) Willard of Bennett, CO and Erin (Delos) Searle of Parker, CO, Nine Grandchildren, Shelby Bowden, Mikayla Franek, Logan Franek, Skyler Bowden, Reilly Franek, Connor Willard, Carson Willard, Kellen Searle and Avery Searle, and Sisters, Irene (Jerry) Thurman of Bayport, NY, Mary (Marty) Randisi of St. James, NY and Betty Lyons of Holbrook, NY. Visitation Friday, February 8, 2013, 7 PM with Funeral Mass Saturday, February 9, 2013, 10 AM, both at Ave Maria Catholic Church, 9056 E. Parker Road in Parker.
