Loving Son of Steve and Terri Jager of Minot, North Dakota. Beloved Brother of Rusti Cowley and Tish Cowley. Son of the late Dave Cowley.
A Celebration of Jeff's Life will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at Elizabeth Presbyterian Church, 325 Banner Street in Elizabeth.
