HELEN WAUGH

April 2, 1935 – September 7, 2026

Helen L. Waugh 91, beloved wife of pre-deceased Donald J. Waugh, and beloved mother of pre-deceased daughter Shelly Steinman, passed away September 7, 2026. She was born in Pennsylvania on April 2, 1935 and is survived by two sisters, Ann Baker, husband Glen and Linda Meadows both residing in Pennsylvania. She has a daughter, Tracy Bailey and her husband Tom; a son, Jay Livesay and his wife Kim. Helen had 9 grandchildren,12 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She came to the metro area in 1953 and pursued careers with the CIA, insurance companies and retired as the office manager of W&W Electric Co. Inc. in 1988. She had dual residences in Florida and Maryland and loved to golf; that was her passion. She was a member of several golf clubs.
