Marion Elizabeth Penny

Marion Elizabeth Penny, who was born July 7, 1960, to her loving parents Betty Penny, and her father, William Penny, in Hendersonville, North Carolina, passed away on October 19, 2026.

Marion will be remembered with love by all who knew her. Throughout her life, she was committed to her profession and to the organizations that reflected her dedication and expertise. She was a part of the Illinois State Bar Association and The Florida Bar, and she was also involved with the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals and the CPCU Society. These affiliations speak to a life marked by professionalism, learning, and meaningful engagement in her field.

Above all, Marion’s life was deeply connected to her family. She is survived by her children, her two sons, John Culclasure and Rob Culclasure, and her daughter, Libby Culclasure DeBell.
