Stanley Ray Dively, 79, passed away peacefully at home on July 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Stan was born on May 13, 1947, to E. Ray Dively and Ethel L. Divelbliss in Pennsylvania, where he spent his childhood. Throughout his life, Stan was known for his unwavering faith, generous heart, and willingness to help anyone in need.

For more than 20 years, Stan worked as an owner-operator truck driver, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and independent spirit. In recent years, he found great joy working as an Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops, where he enjoyed sharing his knowledge and love of the outdoors with others.

An avid hunter and fisherman in his younger years, Stan’s later passion became prospecting for gold in the Arizona desert. The desert was truly his happy place, bringing him peace and adventure.

Above all else, Stan loved people and loved the Lord. The greatest joy of his life was serving as a greeter at his church, where he welcomed everyone with a warm smile, a kind word, and genuine love. Even in the weeks before his passing, his greatest desire was to return to church so he could continue greeting and loving on people. His faith was not just something he believed—it was something he lived every day.

Those who knew Stan will remember him as an extraordinarily giving, caring, and loving man. He was selfless in every sense of the word, always putting the needs of others before his own. There seemed to be nothing he couldn’t do, and if he didn’t already know how, he would figure it out. Whether helping a friend, fixing something that was broken, or simply offering encouragement, Stan lived a life of service.

Stan is survived by his beloved wife, Carol L. Dively; his sons, Joe Dively and Greg Dively; his stepchildren, John J. Rinderer, Tracie L. Monnet, and Adam T. Rinderer; his grandchildren, Shannon Kline, Autumn Cumbie, Waylen T. Rinderer, Dakota A. Rinderer, Ashlyn D. Rinderer, Austin P. Monnet, Savannah R. Monnet, Charlotte L. Monnet, Makayla Frison, Adriana Frison, Ellie L. Rinderer, and Michael Canfield; his great-grandchildren, Mitchel Kline, Johnathan Canfield, and Creed Lemin his sister, Sharlet Hull; and his brother, Jeffery Dively.

He was preceded in death by his parents, E. Ray Dively and Ethel L. Divelbliss; his sister, Eileen Thomason; his daughter, Kimberly Kline and his granddaughter, Kayla Ruby.

Stan’s legacy is one of faith, kindness, generosity, and unconditional love. He never met a stranger, and countless lives were made better simply because he was part of them. While his family and friends will miss him deeply, they find comfort in knowing he is now at peace in the presence of his Lord and Savior.

His smile, his servant’s heart, and the love he shared so freely will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
