In Loving Memory of Our Dad Alfred Leroy Anzures

February 17, 1950 – August 11, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved dad, Ex husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Our dad was one of a kind. He was funny, full of personality, and had a way of making people laugh and creating memories that we will carry with us forever. He loved shopping, spending money, and—most of all—thrifting. If there was a thrift store, flea market, or bargain to be found, Dad was ready to go. He loved collecting things, and he collected a lot of things. His love for clocks was especially memorable. There was practically a clock in every room of the house—because, according to Dad, he was never going to be late!

Dad also loved playing pool and golf. He enjoyed the simple things in life, especially being out searching for his next great find or spending time doing the things he loved.

Above all, Dad was a family man. He was a loving father to his four children, Vanessa, Ashley, Elisha, and Matthew, and a proud grandfather to his six grandchildren. He was a devoted husband, a cherished son, a beloved brother and uncle, and a grandfather whose presence meant so much to his family.

Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we will forever be grateful for the years, memories, laughter, and love he gave us. We will remember his humor, his big personality, his love of shopping and thrifting, his collections, his clocks, and all the little things that made him uniquely Dad.

His memory will live on in his children, grandchildren, family, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Dad, you may be gone from our sight, but you will never be gone from our hearts. We love you, we miss you, and we will carry you with us forever.

Rest peacefully, Dad. Until we meet again.
